Micayla Felicion-Davin

Micayla Felicion-Davin, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Development at United States Steel Corporation, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Micayla worked as a Talent Development Manager at Smithbucklin from July 2020 to October 2025, and also held the position of Membership & Operations Manager there.
