Beth Twomey

Beth Twomey, CAE, SCP, IOM, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation since January 2017 and as Chief Operating Officer at Village Pickle™ Loudoun since May 2024. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Twomey was a Senior Consultant at Human Capital Strategic Consulting from 2012 to 2016, where expertise in organizational performance, change management, and talent development was demonstrated. Previous positions include Marketing Chair on the Board of Trustees at Lake Anne Nursery Kindergarten, Director of Business Development at Precept Technologies, and roles at Boston Consulting Group and CNN. Twomey holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Marymount University, a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Towson University, and completed the WISE Executive Leadership Institute at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
