Tara Fitzpatrick-Navarro

Tara Fitzpatrick-Navarro serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation, where the focus is on making tennis accessible in the region since June 2014. Additionally, Tara holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Village Pickle™ Loudoun and is an Official Member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council as of April 2024. Previous roles include Vice President of Membership, Professional Development & Research, as well as various positions within the National Recreation and Park Association from August 2004 to June 2014, along with Senior Center Director and Therapeutic Recreation Manager at Fairfax County Government from 2001 to 2004. Tara started a career in education and training at Splash Aquatic Management, leading the development of training programs for numerous employees. Tara earned a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University.
