Delilah Oates

Delilah Oates, MBA, is an experienced operations manager currently employed at U.S.VETS since November 2018. Prior to this role, Delilah served in various capacities at Career and Recovery Resources, Inc., including program manager and program coordinator, from September 2011 to November 2018, as well as employment specialist from 2009 to 2011. Delilah's earlier experience includes working as a family service representative at Houston Habitat for Humanity, Inc. Delilah holds a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Houston-Downtown.
