Fedra Hassanpour

Director Of Behavioral Health at United States Veterans Initiative

Fedra Hassanpour has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health. Fedra is currently working as the Director of Behavioral Health at U.S.VETS since January 2020. Prior to this, they had their own private practice as an LMFT starting in June 2017. From August 2017 to February 2019, they served as the Manager of Community Engagement/Community Relations at Health Net Community Services, where they managed the Behavioral Health Program and established relationships with county mental health departments. From June 2008 to July 2017, Fedra worked at OC Behavioral Health as a Service Chief, supervising a team and overseeing various clinics and programs. Before that, they worked at Orange County Behavioral Health as a Marriage and Family Therapist II from May 1998 to May 2008, where they provided individualized treatment plans, supervised staff, and conducted therapy sessions.

Fedra Hassanpour obtained a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Phillips Graduate University from 1995 to 1998. In July 2019, they obtained a certification in Clinical Supervision from the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Additionally, in 2019 they completed a certification in Budgeting and Scheduling Projects from UCS - on Coursera.
