Raymond Smith has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to business advising, engineering, and quality assurance. In 2003 to 2005, they attended Bethel University, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership, focusing on Leadership. Raymond also received certifications as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Minnesota Department of Commerce in June 2019 and as a SafeStart Certified Trainer from SafeStart, a division of Electrolab, in 2016.
