Raymond Smith

Raymond Smith has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to business advising, engineering, and quality assurance. Raymond has worked as a Business Advisor at Transworld Business Advisors and Transworld Business Advisors of Minnesota since 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Consulting Engineer at ADF Engineering, Inc. in 2018 and Account Manager at ADF Engimeering in 2018. Raymond also has experience as a V.P. Raymond Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Mathematics from Hope College in 1978. Raymond later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, specializing in Business, between 1999 and 2001. In 2003 to 2005, they attended Bethel University, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership, focusing on Leadership. Raymond also received certifications as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Minnesota Department of Commerce in June 2019 and as a SafeStart Certified Trainer from SafeStart, a division of Electrolab, in 2016.
