Holly Hatchett has been working in the tech industry since 2002, when they became the Owner of PCNow Of Augusta. In 2021, they transitioned to United Systems & Software, Inc. as a Project Manager.

Holly Hatchett attended Auburn University, and in October 2013 they obtained a Xerox Analyst certification from CSRA Document Solutions.
