Christy Fletcher

Christy Fletcher is a seasoned professional in the literary and talent representation industries, currently serving as Co-Head at United Talent Agency since January 2023. Since January 2019, Christy has also been the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Authoritive. Prior experience includes founding and leading Fletcher & Company from August 2003 until January 2023, where the firm connected writers and creators with diverse audiences, representing notable clients such as Gretchen Rubin and Chip & Dan Heath. Christy played a pivotal role in establishing Carlisle & Company as Vice President and Literary Agent from August 1998 to August 2003, contributing to its success before its merger with Inkwell Management. Earlier experience includes working as a Literary Agent and Assistant at the Carol Mann Agency. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Southern California.
