Sam Wall

Sam Wall has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. They started their career as a Video Editor, working for themselves as a freelancer. In 2012, they became a Camp Leader at YMCA Camp Belknap, where they managed and led camp activities. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Ren Scott Creative.

In 2014, Sam became a Resident Advisor at Chapman University, where they provided support and guidance to over forty residents. They also organized large-scale programs and utilized conflict resolution and risk assessment skills.

In 2016, Sam worked as a Video Production Intern at Newport Beach & Company, where they shot and edited original videos and helped build an in-house film studio. They also worked as an Assistant Chef at YMCA Camp Belknap, managing a kitchen crew and preparing meals for a large number of people.

In 2017, Sam had multiple roles. They interned at Lionsgate, specifically in Home Entertainment Creative Services AV. They also became a Fenestra Community Advisor at Chapman University, focusing on creating a better experience for first-year students and building a more inclusive community.

From 2018 onwards, Sam joined United Talent Agency, initially as an AV Temp, then as a Theater & Media Specialist, and finally as a Media Production Coordinator / Video Editor. In these roles, they managed the maintenance and operations of the UTA screening room, supported live events and audio/visual needs, and advised A-list clients on post-production and exhibition needs for premieres and private screenings.

Sam also contributed to Merry-Go-Round Magazine as a Contributor. Overall, Sam's work experience showcases their expertise in video production, event coordination, community development, and leadership roles.

Sam Wall attended Chapman University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. In 2016, Sam also participated in a semester abroad program called Semester at Sea, focusing on Film Studies. Additionally, Sam has earned a certification in Pro Tools 11 from Avid Technology.
