Sonam Karia has a diverse work experience in the data analysis and analytics field. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Data Analyst at iToolPro Systems Inc, where they collected and organized data, performed ad hoc reporting, and analyzed data using Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics. In 2020, they joined ingredientsonline.com as an E-commerce Data Analyst, where they focused on increasing website registration rates using data from Google Analytics and building dashboards in Tableau and Google Data Studio. In 2021, they worked as a MarTech Developer at Dollar Shave Club and then transitioned to Beautycounter as an Analyst in Data Science and Analytics. Currently, Sonam serves as a Technical Analyst at United Talent Agency, starting in 2023.

Sonam Karia has a diverse education history, with a focus on data science, software engineering, and business management. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai. Sonam then pursued a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Guelph-Humber, which they completed in 2016.

In 2019, Sonam attended Ryerson University, where they studied Data Analysis in R, Data Organization for Data Analysts, and Python. During the same year, they also completed a Data Science Immersive Bootcamp at General Assembly.

In 2022-2023, Sonam attended General Assembly once again, this time for a program in Software Engineering. This program is currently ongoing.

Throughout their education, Sonam has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. These certifications include Learning SQL Programming and Learning Salesforce from LinkedIn in October 2020, Microsoft Excel - Excel from Beginner to Advanced - 17.5 hours from Udemy in October 2020, SQL Essential Training and SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis from LinkedIn in October 2020, Tableau 10 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training For Data Science from Udemy in March 2020, and The Complete SQL Bootcamp from Udemy in January 2020.

Additionally, Sonam obtained certifications in Computer Science 1: Python, Data Analysis using R, and Data Organization for Data Analytics from Ryerson University in 2019. Prior to that, in 2017, they completed the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute, and in 2020, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google.
