Teena Homes has a diverse work experience history that spans several companies and roles. In 2016, Teena worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Evil Genius Group, where they created engaging designs for print and digital formats. They also collaborated with marketing and PR teams to deliver meaningful products. In the same year, Teena worked as a Social Media Editor/Graphic Designer at (Exhibition) Space, creating digital content for pop-up gallery social media accounts and maintaining a consistent visual tone.

In 2017, Teena became a Visual Merchandising Associate at AllSaints, where they designed and built displays for an AllSaints pop-up, responding to performance data to steer future designs. They also worked as a Product Development and Creative Services Intern at Jonathan Adler, assisting with product design and photography and managing brand and product knowledge.

Starting in 2018, Teena worked at Cassandra as an Associate Designer and later as a Designer, creating clear and compelling designs across various formats to showcase research, insights, and storytelling. This included presentations, whitepapers, infographics, social media, email campaigns, and videos. In 2019, Teena took on a freelance role as a Designer at Chicago Custom Foods LLC, art directing and executing dynamic designs for the marketing team's print and digital products. They guided projects from initial concept to production and market.

In addition, in 2015, Teena attended General Assembly where they completed a Programming for Non-Programmers Bootcamp.
