David Segal is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in various financial roles. Currently serving as AVP and Investment Officer at United Texas Bank Dallas since October 2021, David's previous positions include Vice President and Portfolio Manager at BOK Financial from April 2012 to June 2021, where contributions were made as the Strategic Investment Advisors Lead Fixed Income PM.
