Erin Farrington Pmp, Six Sigma Black Belt

Erin Farrington has a range of experience in operations, project management, and process improvement. Erin currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Central Operations at United Tote. Prior to that, they served as Managing Director of Operations at Evolent Health, where they led a team of 350 employees and was responsible for various aspects of operations, including project management and process improvement. Erin also worked as the Director of Business Excellence at Passport Health Plan, where they implemented a project management office and improved subcontractor strategies. Before that, Erin was the Director of Operations at SHPS Inc, overseeing the administration of health and welfare benefit plans and improving operational practices. Erin also held roles as the Director of Quality and Director of Client Relations at SHPS Inc, where they managed system releases, client relationships, and project management. Earlier in their career, Erin served as an Implementation Project Manager at Financial Service Solutions, where they completed Black Belt projects and reduced implementation cycle-times.

Erin Farrington, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University Southeast (1999-2003). Erin has also obtained various additional certifications throughout their career. In 2005, they earned the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Six Sigma Qualtec. Erin further enhanced their project management skills by obtaining the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2007. In 2012, they completed the Process Mastery program offered by Hammer and Company. In 2015, they graduated from the Ignite Louisville program facilitated by the Leadership Louisville Center. In 2017, Erin achieved the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation from Prosci. Recently, in 2020, they acquired the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. These certifications reflect Erin's commitment to ongoing professional development and their expertise in project management, process improvement, change management, and IT service management.
