James Lyon

James Lyon has had a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. James most recently worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at United Training, starting in January 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Network Engineer at Focal Point Learning from June 2020 to January 2021. From August 2011 to June 2020, James worked as a Systems Analyst at NH Learning Solutions, where they led the migration of virtual servers to Hyper-V and managed Citrix XenServer. Before that, they were a Computer/Network Technician at Emprise Corporation from October 2008 to August 2011. In this role, they resolved hardware and software issues, performed email system migrations, and implemented network backups. James also gained experience as a Senior Technician at Niantic Bay Computer Solutions from September 2008 to August 2011, where they diagnosed and repaired hardware failures, resolved software issues, and removed malware and virus infections.
