Richard Dean Middleton possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services industry. As President and Co-Owner of United TranzActions since January 2010, Richard has overseen the company formed by the merger of American Check Management, Inc. and National Check Trust, Inc. Prior to this, Richard served as President and Owner of American Check Management, Inc. from 1996 to 2010, and as Executive Vice President and Co-Owner at National Check Trust from 1991 to 1996. Richard's career began at InstaCheck Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included National Sales and Major Account Executive from 1986 to 1991.
