Buster Tolfree

Buster Tolfree has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Director of Mortgages at United Trust Bank Limited since October 2014, where responsibilities include guiding the strategic direction of the division and overseeing various functions related to mortgage products. Buster previously held the role of Commercial Director at United Trust Bank, leading the launch of a new lending division. Buster also serves on the Executive Committee of the Open Property Data Association and was the Local Area Board Chairman for Career Ready, supporting mentorship for sixth formers. Prior experience includes roles as Commercial Director and Lending Operations Manager at Central Trust Limited, Operations Manager at Motability, and various managerial positions at GMAC-RFC. Buster holds a degree from Cambridge Judge Business School, completed in 2021.
