Marvin al-Khafaji

Marvin Al-Khafaji has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Marvin started their career as a Sr. Project Manager at Analysts International Corporation in 1993 and worked there until 2000. From 2001 to 2011, they served as the CEO/CIO of Allegiance Home Health Care, Inc, overseeing multiple locations and introducing innovative healthcare solutions. In 2004, Marvin became the CEO of Integrated Staffing Solutions, Inc. Marvin then founded Target20 LLC in 2009, where they served as a Founder and Partner. In 2012, they joined Microsoft as a Strategy Consultant for a brief period. Marvin then joined Beaumont Health in 2012 as the Vice President of Business Development and Shared Services. Marvin played a key role in the formation and development of the $5 billion not-for-profit organization, which included eight hospitals and thousands of employees. In 2017, Marvin became the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at United Vein & Vascular Centers.

Marvin AL-Khafaji obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Wayne State University. Marvin pursued further education and completed an Executive MBA at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 2011 and 2013.
