Water Resources Supervisor at United Water Conservation District

Bram Sercu is a Senior Hydrologist at the United Water Conservation District since June 2015, overseeing the District's surface water hydrology monitoring program, modeling, and data analysis to support water resource management and regulatory compliance. Previously, Bram held positions as Water Resources Specialist and Hydrologist at the County of Ventura from November 2011 to June 2015, focusing on stormwater management and water quality projects. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Consultant providing expert witness services and a Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Santa Barbara, leading research on microbial source tracking and pollution remediation.
