Patrick O'Connell is a highly experienced hydrogeologist with a diverse background in groundwater resource evaluation and management. Currently serving as a Senior Hydrogeologist at United Water Conservation District since July 2023, Patrick focuses on groundwater conditions and collaboration with various stakeholders. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Geology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's Degree in Earth Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
