John-Mark Bell

John-Mark Bell currently serves as the Interim Executive Director at the South Carolina Service Commission since January 2023. In addition, John-Mark Bell has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the United Way Association of South Carolina since March 2014, as well as Vice President of Operations & 2-1-1 Services in the same organization. John-Mark Bell earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of South Carolina, completing the program between 2010 and 2014.
