Katherine Green

Katherine Green has a robust background in tax auditing and financial management, currently serving as an Associate Tax Auditor at the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration since July 2017, specializing in local revenue across over 800 jurisdictions. Katherine's experience includes roles such as Field Tax Auditor and Tax Technician, as well as serving as Corporate Treasurer and Program Coordinator for CITY CHURCH OF SACRAMENTO, where responsibilities included grant management and overseeing a food pantry program. Additionally, Katherine coordinates the VITA Free Tax Prep program for United Way California Capital Region and has provided training for tax volunteers. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Management from California State University - East Bay, complemented by an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Indiana.
