Kayt Render

Kayt Render possesses extensive experience in community impact and program management, currently serving as the National Director of Community Impact at United Way Centraide Canada since May 2008. Over the years, Kayt has held various roles within the organization, including overseeing impact products and partnerships, managing network resource development, and leading temporary program initiatives. Additionally, a secondment with United Way Europe & Middle East as a Project Manager occurred in early 2016. Prior experience includes working as a Special Assistant at Veterans Affairs Canada. Kayt holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Management and a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management, both from Carleton University.
