Lily Chang

Lily Chang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within labor organizations and non-profits. Currently serving as Secretary-Treasurer at the Canadian Labour Congress since June 2021 and holding multiple board positions, including Member of the Board of Directors with The Council of Canadians and Chair of Membership Accountability and Performance at United Way Centraide Canada, Lily's contributions are notable. Additionally, as a Worker Member of the Governing Body with the International Labour Organization since August 2021, and in various capacities at CUPE Local 79 from 2005 to 2021, Lily has demonstrated a commitment to labor rights and social services. Educational credentials include an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, alongside studies at Harvard Law School, the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
