Paul Totten

Paul Totten has extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as the Vice President of Technology and Operations and Chief Operating Officer at United Way Centraide Canada since September 2010. Responsibilities include overseeing Information Technology, Facilities, Business Intelligence, and Finances. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions at Avaya and Nortel, focusing on business consulting, operational effectiveness, and business transformation. Notable achievements include managing large teams and driving operational improvements across multiple organizations. Paul began a career in technology at General Motors and holds a BMath in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
