Paul Presto serves as an Accounting & Projects Analyst and Digital Engagement Coordinator at United Way of Calgary and Area since May 2017. In the role of Digital Engagement Coordinator, Paul ensures efficient operations of the Digital Engagement platform and provides excellent customer service to stakeholders. Previous roles at United Way include Online and National Campaign Coordinator, responsible for online campaign management and demonstrations, and Digital Service Advisor, focusing on data transfer and system efficiency between databases. Paul's initial experience includes a Practicum Student position within the Resource Development Department. Prior to United Way, Paul worked as a Designated Trainer at Tim Hortons from November 2014 to January 2019, where responsibilities included coaching employees and managing shifts. Paul holds a diploma in Administrative Information Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed in 2017.
