Karla Lawrence, M.S., LPC has worked in various roles within the field of community initiatives and mental health. Karla began their career as an Outpatient Therapist at Chilton-Shelby Mental Health in 2001, where they remained until 2004. In 2005, Karla joined the Children's Aid Society as the Director of Clinical Operations, a position they held for ten years.
