Lizzie French Carothers

Lizzie French Carothers is an experienced professional currently serving as a Relationship Manager in Resource Development at United Way of Central Alabama since March 2022. Prior to this role, Lizzie worked as a College Access Consultant at VIDAL Access from July 2021 to March 2022 and as a Marketing Coordinator at Landing from October 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Family Advocate and Visitation Monitor at Keeping Family Connections, Trip Leader at Moondance Adventures, and Peer Tutor at Auburn University's College of Human Sciences. Lizzie began a career in community engagement as an Assistant Site Director for Start the Adventure in Reading (STAIR). Lizzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Nonprofit and Philanthropy Studies from Auburn University, completed in 2019.
