Penny Borgia has over 40 years of experience in leadership and management within nonprofit organizations. Since May 2003, Penny has served as Chief Operating Officer at the United Way of Central Florida, where strategic initiatives and community engagement are priorities. Prior to this role, Penny held the position of Executive Director at the Intergenerational Care Center from March 1983 to January 2003. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Education and Social Work from Florida State University.
