Lydia Watson

Lydia CB Watson, MBA, serves as the Safe & Affordable Housing Director at United Way of Central Indiana, a position held since February 2020. Prior to this role, Lydia held various positions within the City of Indianapolis, including Manager of Safe & Affordable Housing, Grant Program Coordinator, Nuisance Abatement Lead, Legal Case Coordinator, and Business License Analyst, showcasing a strong background in housing policy, legal compliance, and community development. Lydia is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University, building on a foundational Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management obtained from Indiana University Bloomington.
