The Leadership Team at United Way of Central Indiana is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission to improve lives in the community. This team, composed of senior executives including the President & CEO and various Vice Presidents, oversees key functions such as operations, technology, talent and culture, strategic intelligence, diversity, equity, and inclusion. They collaborate with community partners to address critical needs in education, income, health, and basic needs across the six-county region, while optimizing resource allocation and advocating for systemic change.
