Leslie Kates

Leslie Kates is currently working as a Human Resources Coordinator at United Way of Central Ohio. Prior to this, Leslie served as a Caregiver in the Kates Household and as an Executive Administrative Assistant in the US Navy. Leslie also held the title of Fire Controlman Second Class (FC2, E-5) in the Navy, supervising a team and maintaining a Top Secret clearance. Additionally, Leslie worked as an ABA Therapy Assistant at A-1, guiding a non-verbal child with autism through exercises and documenting progress. Leslie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
