Alysia Cunningham, MSW, has extensive experience in social work and crisis intervention, currently serving as a Crisis Specialist with the United Way of Connecticut since August 2022. Previously, Alysia held various roles at Columbus House, Inc., including Case Manager and Residential Supervisor, and worked as a Certified Sexual Assault Advocate at the Women and Families Center. Alysia began their career with internships at CHILDREN'S COMMUNITY PROGRAMS OF CT INC and Project Youth Court, Inc. Alysia's education includes a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven.
