Kate Ridgeway has had extensive work experience at the United Way of Dane County. Kate started in 2001 as a Resource Development Assistant and later became a Resource Development Coordinator from 2003 to 2004. In 2006, they transitioned to a Finance Assistant role and eventually became a Finance & Grant Management Coordinator in 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director of Finance and Grant Management.
