Haley Cooper is a skilled professional currently serving as a Community Impact Fellow at the United Way of Greater Charlotte since August 2022. In this role, responsibilities include creating logic models, developing program evaluation plans, and providing capacity-building support to grassroots nonprofit organizations, along with forming data sharing agreements for collective impact initiatives. Prior experience includes a Graduate Internship at the Renaissance West Community Initiative, where data management and community needs assessments were key functions, as well as research roles focused on data collection and statistical analysis in various academic settings. Haley holds a PhD in Health Psychology with a Community Concentration and an MA in Community Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
