Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at United Way of Greater Cincinnati is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring accountability for the organization’s mission to improve lives in the community. This team works collaboratively to engage stakeholders, maximize resources, and create impactful initiatives that address social challenges across the nine-county region. Through their collective expertise in community engagement, impact evaluation, strategy development, finance, and experience design, they drive the organization’s efforts to foster sustainable change and enhance the well-being of families in crisis.
