Chrystal Armstrong Brown, MBA, serves as the Chief Impact Officer at United Way of Greater Knoxville, leading strategic initiatives in health, food systems, early education, and economic mobility across a five-county area. With extensive experience in program development and community impact, Chrystal previously held the role of Vice President of Program Development at Emerald Youth Foundation, where innovation and quality assurance were prioritized in program management.
