Cj Butcher

CJ Butcher currently serves as Advocacy and Grants Manager and Development Manager at the United Way of Greater Knoxville since March 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Campaign Manager for Virginia Couch for Tennessee, where fundraising efforts broke records and voter contacts were significantly increased. Additionally, CJ worked as a Staff member for Team Bloomberg, contributing to a highly ranked field office in voter outreach. Previous roles also encompass Compliance Officer at God's Pantry Food Bank, securing funding for outreach programs, Deputy Director of Finance and Operations for the Kentucky Democratic Party, and Research and Political Action Fellow for UFCW, focusing on legislative advocacy. CJ holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of Kentucky and a Certificate in Labor Leadership Skills from Cornell University ILR School.
