Shannon Biggs

Shannon Biggs is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Talent & Strategy at the United Way of Greater Los Angeles since June 2015, Shannon focuses on addressing systemic poverty issues in LA County. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at NBCUniversal, Inc., where recruitment efforts supported multiple NBC owned television stations. Shannon's earlier experience includes various recruiting positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment, managing recruitment for unscripted production and corporate sectors, as well as overseeing undergraduate and MBA intern recruitment initiatives. Shannon holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
