Craig Nuechterlein has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Craig served as the Vice President of Information Technology and Processing at the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County from 2012 to present. In this role, they were responsible for mobilizing people and resources to make a strategic impact in education, income, and health. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation from 2002 to 2012. From 1994 to 2002, Craig worked at Metavante where they held positions such as AVP Senior Project Leader for Online Banking and AVP Manager of Network Administration. Craig had expertise in managing client relationships, software development, and network administration.

Craig Nuechterlein earned a Bachelor's degree in an undisclosed field of study from Valparaiso University, from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology at Concordia University-Wisconsin, from 2008 to 2011.
