Nancy Clarkin

Nancy Clarkin is a seasoned professional in donor relations and philanthropy with extensive experience in nonprofit management. Currently serving as Manager of Donor Networks at the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County since June 2022, Nancy oversees several donor initiatives and develops strategies to enhance donor engagement and financial contributions. Previously, Nancy held the position of Major Gifts Officer at United Way, focusing on high-value donor cultivation. From July 2010 to June 2022, Nancy was the Director of Philanthropy at First Stage, where relationship-building and increasing revenue across multiple channels were primary responsibilities. Nancy's earlier roles include Associate Development Director and Individual Giving Manager, as well as talent agent positions at Hartig Hilepo Agency and Harden Curtis Associates. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theater from Baldwin Wallace University.
