Ashley McDonald, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, sales, and marketing within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Workplace Engagement at United Way of Greater Nashville since April 2022, Ashley has successfully transitioned from the role of Account Manager in the same department. Prior experiences include positions as Area Sales Manager at Encompass Health, New Business Development Representative and Senior Marketing Analyst at Cigna, and Development Director at YMCA of Middle Tennessee, where significant fundraising initiatives were implemented. Ashley also garnered valuable teaching experience as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Apollo Education Group and contributed to physician recruitment strategies at Community Health Systems. Educationally, Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
