Katina Williams

Vice President, Community Impact at United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg

Katina Williams has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, with their most recent role being Vice President, Community Impact at the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg. Katina held this position from October 2023 to the present.

Prior to that, Katina served as President and CEO of Family Lifeline from December 2020 to October 2023. Katina also held the position of Vice President of Long Term Support Services at Family Lifeline from January 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Family Lifeline, Katina worked at the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg as Director of Community Impact: Income from July 2016 to January 2019.

Katina's work experience also includes leadership roles at St. Joseph's Villa, where they served as Director of Program Operations from July 2010 to July 2016 and from February 2003 to July 2016. In this capacity, they provided programmatic oversight, evaluated work processes, conducted strategic planning, and made recommendations for continuous quality improvement.

Katina Williams obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bowie State University between the years 1992 and 1997. Following that, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling Psychology at Bowie State University from 1998 to 2001.
