Brandy Coppini, CBA

Brandy Coppini, CBA, has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Brandy began their career in 2002 as a Senior Youth and Family Development Specialist at Hillside Family of Agencies. In 2005, they joined Hammer Packaging as a Credit & Collections Specialist, and was later promoted to Credit & Collections Manager and J. MacKenzie Ltd. Operations Supervisor. Brandy also served as a J. MacKenzie Ltd. Customer Service Rep. In 2022, Brandy joined United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes as Manager of Pledge Services, where they are responsible for maintaining data integrity and developing best practice strategies and procedures to ensure efficient and lean financing operations.

Brandy Coppini obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania between 1998 and 2002. In 2015, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2019, Brandy Coppini obtained a Credit Business Associate (CBA) certification from the National Association of Credit Management.
