Robert Arnold III

Robert Arnold III is an experienced professional currently serving as a Bank on Fellow at the United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes since June 2021. Prior to this role, Robert worked at Hillside Family of Agencies from October 2005 to June 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Community Based Supervisor, Senior Crisis Intervention Specialist, and Case Manager, as well as being an OMH certified facilitator for the "Partnering for Safety" curriculum. Robert's military background includes serving as a Sergeant in the US Army from July 1991 to April 2001, with an Airborne designation and assignments in notable units such as the 3rd SFG (A) and the 3rd Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), while currently holding Disabled Veteran status.
