Shannon Robb

Shannon Robb has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Shannon began as a Contributor at HelloGiggles.com in 2012 and then moved on to Starbucks as a Barista in 2014. In 2016, they became a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Finger Lakes Performing Provider System. Most recently, in 2020, they joined United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes as an Implementation & Delivery Team - Systems Integration Project.

Shannon Robb holds a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where they studied Employment Law. Shannon also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo. In addition, they hold a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in October 2022, as well as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2020.
