Laflovia Ginanni

LaFlovia Ginanni is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Culture, & Engagement at United Way of Greater Stark County since August 2013. In addition to this role, LaFlovia has held positions including Director of Project Blueprint and Coordinator of Asset Building, focusing on helping residents of Stark County achieve financial stability. Previous experience includes serving as a Substitute Teacher and Food Service worker at Heritage Christian School from 2002 to 2010. LaFlovia holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University (2016-2019), a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology from Drury University, and a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from Marshall University.
