LaFlovia Ginanni is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Culture, & Engagement at United Way of Greater Stark County since August 2013. United Way of Greater Stark County seeks to enhance the quality of life in communities by leading the development of solutions to critical social issues in the areas of health, education, and financial stability. United Way was founded by the Alliance Area United Way, the United Way of Central Stark County, and the United Way of Western Stark County, and our services extend throughout Stark County and parts of Carroll County. Our goal is to continue to serve the population of more than 380,000 with programs and services that address the critical health and human service needs of our community, regardless of social status, race, gender, or religion.
