Kirsten Naomi Rogers Chapman is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in educational initiatives and systems change. Currently serving as the Vice President of Systems Change and Innovation at United Way of Greenville County, Kirsten leads the development of organizational strategy and policy advocacy. Prior roles include Director of Special Initiatives at the same organization, where strategic guidance enhanced team development and fostered joint problem-solving. Kirsten's academic background includes serving as a Strategic Leadership Fellow at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, facilitating significant grant funding, and advising on effective practices for educational collaborations. With a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard, and experience spanning various educational institutions including the Hawaii State Department of Education and Johns Hopkins University, Kirsten has consistently demonstrated a commitment to educational equity and innovative practices.
