Lisa Chin

Lisa Chin is an accomplished executive coach and strategic consultant with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and organizational development. Currently, Lisa leads an independent coaching practice at Clear Wind LLC, where expert support is provided to mission-driven organizations. Notable positions include serving as Chief Legacy Officer for the Seattle FIFA World Cup 2026 Organizing Committee, CEO of Treehouse, President/CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, and Founding Executive Director of Year Up, Seattle. Lisa's earlier career includes executive roles at Jubilee Women's Center, Open Arms Perinatal Services, and Amazon, contributing to significant growth and transformation in each organization. Lisa holds a Ph.D. in Education from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Studio Art from Wellesley College.
