Amy Bradbury currently serves as the VP of Culture Strategy and Operations at the United Way of Lane County and is the founder of Brilliant Potential, where the focus is on enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement through coaching and training. With a background that includes roles as an Organizational Development Consultant at Bailey Strategic Innovation Group and a Community Recovery Strategist at the City of Eugene, Amy has extensive experience in leadership development and strategic planning. Previous positions include Aquatics Department Head at Life Time and various roles within the City of Eugene's Recreation Program. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Oregon, complemented by a minor in Business Administration.
