Finance and Resource Development

The Finance and Resource Development team at United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County is responsible for managing financial operations and fostering relationships with business and labor partners to secure funding. They develop and implement strategies for resource development, oversee financial reporting and budgeting, and ensure efficient management of accounts receivable, all to support the organization's mission of creating lasting community change.
